Fix some warnings
* Add analyzers to MediaBrowser.XbmcMetadata
* Enable TreatWarningsAsErrors for MediaBrowser.XbmcMetadata
* Add analyzers to MediaBrowser.WebDashboard
* Enable TreatWarningsAsErrors for MediaBrowser.WebDashboard
* Disable SA1600 in favor of CS1591
